Canada’s Go-To Sales Event Company

Couture Pop-Ups is quickly becoming Canada’s luxury go to sales event company. Our customer base is growing at an accelerated rate driven by the brands we work with, the prices we can offer through leveraging our supplier relationships and our buy-direct model as well as our well-organized events. This translates to an ability to move high volumes of products within a short period of time creating a high revenue opportunity for our business partners.

We’ve been able to accomplish so much in short amount of time because of our hands-on approach and our attention to detail. When you partner with Couture Pop-Ups, all of the inventory carried is properly merchandised in order minimize risk in damage & theft and to provide proper sales reporting. Our clients are able to liquidate overstock & past season merchandise quickly, while being able to track real data to measure the event stats and success (i.e., sales, sold inventory, remaining inventory, discounts, etc.). With proper inventory management in-place prior to an event starting coupled with multiple theft prevention procedures including both staff and technology throughout the event, we are able to mitigate losses due to theft in real-time during each event as well as monitor and provide detailed loss reports upon the conclusion of each show.

Canada Couture Pop-ups differentiates itself within the Canadian market by providing comprehensive inventory management solutions customized for each brand we work with. Our services include:

POS & Inventory Management
We currently use a cloud-based POS system, which helps us track and manage inventory, sales and employees. With this system we are able to provide a third-party login so that vendors are able to have real time data of how the event is doing.
Payment Processing
We provide our vendors with all of the equipment required during an event such as cash registers, receipt printers, debit & credit card terminals, as well as WeChat, Alipay & UnionPay.
Event Marketing
Each event hosted is backed with a professional and experienced team that will handle very aspect of an event from start to finish. Accompanied with a bespoke marketing campaign geared toward the brand and event which will drive traffic, engagement and create event & brand awareness.
Location/Venue
With experience hosting events within multiple cities across Canada, Couture Pop-Ups has established relationships with an ability to secure luxury venues at discounted rates.  These relationships have been built over multiple shows with venue’s desire to retain our business being a testament to the professionalism of the Couture Pop-Up team and success of our events.
Security
Different cities and venues require different types of security for safety and anti-theft measures. Couture Pop-Ups has established best practices in-place tailored to the uniqueness of each city and venue to ensure inventory is secure and consumers are safe. We employ a dedicated security team that travels across the country, and specializes in loss prevention — This dedicated team coupled with our extensive loss mitigation procedures and technology has been key to our success in reducing inventory shrinkage while at the same time still creating a high-end customer shopping experience.
Staff
We know out staff is the face of your brand and help shape the customer experience so we leverage our established Couture Pop-Ups event team to ensure our customers are handled in the most professional manner. Our staff are like minded individuals with experience in customer service and retail but most importantly they understand the vision of Couture Pop-Ups and have a passion for fashion and the brands we engaged with.
Logistics
Whether it be importing goods into the country or moving goods across Canada, Couture Pop-Ups works with numerous 3rd party firms to ensure goods arrive into and are transported across Canada in a highly efficient manner. If you want us to host an event for you in multiple cities, we work with various trucking/airlines companies coast to coast in order to move the inventory in a timely, secure and cost effective way while being highly cognizant of our carbon foot print.

Couture Pop-Ups is a retail resource for luxury consumers who are looking to shop the most in-demand trends & luxury labels at a fraction of the retail price. In order to engage with our current audience and maintain our growing consumer base we communicate with consumers through the following channels:

Social Media
Our social media platforms are growing daily, with various platforms we engage consumers through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WeChat and LRB by creating engaging content through photos and videos that our audience can relate to. We create a diversified marketing campaign customized tor each event, city and end-consumer in order to optimize quality and volume of traffic as well as to convey the brands message through targeted PPC marketing campaigns.
Influencer Marketing
Complementing our social media efforts, we also generate traffic and excitement for our events through the use of influencer marketing. Our social media manager creates a diversified portfolio, conducting extensive research to put together a customized micro & macro influencer roster within a particular city. Through our research we select a potential influencer based on their lifestyle, following, demographic reach and engagement.
Contest Marketing
Part of keeping our audience engaged is by hosting contests surrounding events driving engagement and creating a buzz around each event.  By doing this we are able to grow our email list and social media presence which leads to increasing traffic at our pop-up events.
Mail Marketing

Email marketing is a key component in the promotion and success of an event. At Couture Pop-Ups we draw-up our database of over 50,000 (and growing subscribers) to contact our clients directly and drive maximum traffic to our upcoming events.
